The rom you have is fine.
Do you have Force exclusive Fullscreen Mode checkmarked in your Preferences,,, Video Graphics options?

 

If you do, it is more than likely that there is an error message being created that you cannot see because this option is checkmarked.

Uncheck it, and try running the table, and see if there is an error message.

I thought the same thing until I downloaded the table and tried playing it.  The table during startup would make one bing sound and then nothing.  I restarted the table several times.  Nothing.  I play in desktop no forced full screen.  No error messages...just wouldn't start up.  The ROM I was using was from an old backup of my first cabinet.  I don't know where it came from.  Need less to say...I searched my download archives and in my Quicksilver folder was a ROM I downloaded in 2021.  I over wrote the version in my roms folder with this 2021 version and the table on startup bings once..then pauses...then several more bings and then presto chango we have pinball.

 

So there is a bad version floating around.  I don't remember where I got the first or second.

Please let me know when you have it so I can stop sharing.  It may not be your issue but it was my issue with playing this table.

It worked! Thank you very much!! Only thing it has no ball rolling sounds.

Sounds good.  I stopped sharing the ROM.

 

The newer version I linked earlier has balling rolling sounds but they are not the best and they are very subtle.  I don't know if this version (32's) has them or not.  I don't have this installed on my desktop to test.
