I want to reiterate what STAT said in his prior post... with your prior fix, I'd say we're at 99%+, which is incredible when you think about it.  I'm a newbie, but it seems this is a relatively complicated table given some of the nuances. 

 

I played the game for a couple hours last night, and it is so much better with the timer fix you put in place. The other issue (X-wing cannon mistakenly thinking it's loaded, etc.) rarely pops up, and in my opinion, the issue doesn't detract from the gameplay nearly as much as the issue you already corrected (i.e., inability to fire the cannon in a reliable manner). 

 

The fact that you guys are able to analyze these types of problems is mindblowing.  Wow, there are some really brilliant people on this forum.  It's very impressive!

You're welcome.   There's a large pinball warehouse near me that deals in 2nd hand games that I drop into sometimes.  If I ever see this game there I'll hassle them to let me play with the real thing for a while and hopefully at some stage we can get it working perfectly.
