Funtastic table Groni, a really challenging table, looks great, plays hard and fast. smile.gif

Hi StevOz,

Thanks for the hint, the visualization with the StartShake is nice and I do like it there. Onto my issue, it just seems to be more an upwards nudge then a side nudge. Changing the sensitivity didn't really make things better in that regard.

Groni: Don't take this as a negative, I'm kind of liking the "less control" I seem to have. This is a digital nudge afterall and typically VP tends to provide too much control (very IMHO here lads/lasses). I'm kind of liking it, just seems different for some reason on this table. Maybe it's because of the early SS tables play so differently to the DMD era's, so I'm noticing this more on your Eight Ball release than your other tables? Anyway, SUPERB interpretation here Groni, just fantastic. I can't seem to get tired of hearing the sound in this table.

Great table GRONI!!!
It plays well, I can only play with hardware rendering off as I have a ati radeon vid card. I was wondering if you can point me towards the 1028 backdrop to the table, I am getting the usual horizontal lines and transparent side rails without it!
Thanks in advance for directions

Hello Android,

get yourself the latest 10.3 driver package from ATI, it worked miracles on my Radeon 4850: HD Render on, all nice gfx! cool.gif
If you like, you can export the backdrop to Microsoft Paint, reduce the size and reimport it.

A fantastic recreation. I played this table for months way back in a bowling alley.

This is the best table so far that I have rotated for FS, possibly because it is one of my favorite tables, but maybe because it feels more real to me. I lowered the slope to 7.5. as I thought it was a tad fast. I raised the bumperwall to 35 to make the bumper rings appear and added some rails. I play on a rotated monitor, not a cabinet. so I like the view I have.

Thanks Groni and where are you? smile.gif

Come to think of it, I haven't seen a lot of activity from Groni, does anybody know what he is up to? Afaik he released the LOTR casino machine and then went all quiet. I pm'ed him about that via this site but I didn't get a response. I would love to see him back here recreating tables and being all OCD about them... smile.gif

Does it look like my screenshot? I would still have to change the same numbers and make the same adjustments for my taste, so I prefer to start fresh. Maybe someone else will like to play them the way I do....

I got my full screen version of this table over at the HP forums.

http://www.hyperspin...;highlight=ball

There are a few other FS tables that are posted there which never got uploaded here such as LH's Guns n' Rose and JP's Star Wars as well.

Looks like Groni has a Space Station in the works but hasn't been updated or worked on in months.

Hi all!

Long time no post from me, but I am still alive.

The simply fact why I am doing no tables at the moment is that I´m simply not in the mood for it. Kind of "enough" in my Head.

I am really enjoying creating Video Slot Games at the moment. I builded my first own game as a standalone exe, and it runs like a dream.
So I will do alot of known Slot Machines, and that ist very time consuming.

I guess when I´m back in the mood again, i think about to finish the Space Station Table.

Greetings

GRONI

My current VPX Tables I am working on:

Attack from Mars/Finished - The Walking Dead Pro/90% - The Lord of the Rings/75% - Family Guy/90% - The Simpsons Pinball Party/15%

Hi Groni,

Good to hear from you! I'm just glad you're OK and having fun creating slot machines! I know how it feels when you burn out on something when you have done it really intensive like you have with the great tables you made. Comes with the creative territory I guess. As you can see on the leaderboards, your work is prominently figured and played by a lot of people. Hope to see you back at creating tables sometime in the future when you're feeling it again!
