Any reason this old table would be throwing up VB Script errors after updating to VPINMAME 3 with the latest update to VPX 10.4?

Just download the table to see if that happens here - and, no. I have no problems. I'm on latest 10.5 beta.

run the table on VP9.2.1 you should have no problems.

 

Or convert it to VPX,  I did.   if you can get permission to use the resources for this table.  I can uploaded my VPX version.

This is a bit of a strange one.  I probably played the table maybe 3 or so month ago and no problems.  I have tried all the normal deleting of nvram, regedit, etc - and using VP 9.21.   My version is set for UVP backglass and that's when it sends the VB script error up.  If I change it to use VPINMAME as controller I get a "machine terminated 'trident' rom missing or invalid".  I even changed it to use B2S.Server and then the same VB script error appears.  Might try downloading it all over again.....

the roms for trident.zip might of been updated 

 

 

table will load if you change line 16 from

cGameName="trident"

to

cGameName="tridenta"

or update your Trident.zip rom and make sure it loads  from the PinMAME test window before you try to load the table.

Thanks 32assasin - that is exactly the problem.  Even though I have no tridenta.zip ROM in my collection, once I changed that line, the tables loads once again with UVP or B2S without the VB script error.  It is strange still that I only have trident.zip in my ROMs folder..... Bizarre.....
