Anyone have a wheel image for this wonderful table?
Here you go

Still working on a fix for the ball-between-targets error.

Is there a way to play this on a widescreen single monitor with the baserunners?
What exactly is Media Pack?
What exactly is Media Pack?
Not at this point. It's for a cab with 2+ screens.
A media pack is extra files for the Hyperpin front end. Again, for cabs.

Nice looking table. Thanks pinuck!
FYI...I was able to rotate this to use on my WS laptop for 1 screen use, but I am not going to release my settings for this until I have tweaked them further and it looks better than I have it now. In case anyone else does this, make sure you do not set the backglass to true in the script as it will cover the table.

Ok, i think i fixed the between-target freezing. I adjusted the size and placement of the triggers and put (hopefully) a fail-safe behind them as well. See if version 1.0.2 works ok.
- pinuck
And as far as the WS version, rosve gave me some code to help, so i'll probably do a version, but not immediately.

Ya know... I haven't used any B2S tables since the first one was released. The first one ran like crap on my machine, but I was able to handle everything I toss at it without issue.
I decided to test out this table today since my son loved this table at Texas Pinball Festival last spring. My son is a fan of the pitch and bat games. This tables makes me want to have Slugfest done as a FS table.
The B2S looks and plays great. I just need to re-size the table and remove the apron/buttons. I just don't care to see them on a cabinet setup.
I also need to go through and add all of the tables that use the newer B2S. I found Abra Ca Dabra and it's running nicely as well. Anyone have a list of the newer B2S tables?

Just go through the list of recent FS releases. There are a bunch of great ones. Bob's Beatles and Ghostbusters tables use B2S as well.

This is Freaking incredible Pinuck! I love it!
I am going to try to get my buddy from work to come over and check it out. I'll let you know what he says as far as accuracy on the speed/physics. I'll also ask him about recording the sounds (although the sounds seem fine here?)
Thanks again for this awesome addition to my cabinet collection!
I made a quick video. Sorry about the shaky video and bad game play. This one is especially tough to play with one hand

Have you tried to play it with hardware device rendering unchecked?

Having it checked would mean that the rendering would be done by the GPU in the video card. Usually it would mean having at least 1 Gig of memory on the video card. Having it unchecked would mean that software rendering would be used. I believe that would mean the rendering is done via your hard drive or CPU (not sure exactly what does it or where it is done, someone else can explain it better than I can)

And Rosve is going to help me get a final B2S version of Triple Strike released. I only ever released the test version on the old B2S software.
Man, I was actually searching around for TS in BS2 because I thought it had already been done already. Please hurry up and get a B2Sv2 version for us.

Getting back to Line Drive for a moment...
Thanks for a great release! It's really cool, the B2S animation is 'best in class' so far, and it looks great!
I remember playing this is a mall arcade back in maybe 1982....
One memory I have, is that the pitcher could somehow select a variety of pitches to throw. Be it curve, fast, changeup, etc.
Of course, it is a 30 year old memory at this point - but reviewing the flyer, it does state the game featured a 'variety of hits and pitches'.....
Did you ever uncover what the light-looking objects on the right side of the apron were? Could it have something to do with the pitching system?
Thanks again for a great FS release!

On this particular pitch and bat, the only controls were the two chrome buttons on the front, one for pitching, one for batting. Numerous other models had multiple pitch selection, not this one. And that's why I thought it would suit a cabinet so well - since you could just use the flipper buttons - nothing more complicated.
As far as the variety of pitches stated on the flyer, there's an electromagnet to the right of home plate that would occasionally come on and pull the pitch wide. And the mechanism itself seems to have a certain amount of randomness built in, partly because of the flap, I assume. I've coded it in such a way that a certain % of the time (60 if i recall correctly) it'll pitch straight and the rest of the time there will be some randomization in pitch angle and speed.
And the lights on the right are for extra innings:

If you hit a Grand Slam (ie Home Run with bases loaded) it awards the current person at bat an extra inning (technically a half-inning, since they just get an extra 3 outs).
Hope that explains things…
