Tusen takk JP. Noe å kose seg med i regnværet :-)

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

looks and feels really nice.

do you know a way to turn down the volume in the ROM? it's way loud in my cab.

i've tried to go through the menu, but the ROM is not exactly cooperating you know. (it's not exactly a williams whitestar)

i've also tried to set down the volume via VPX option in the table, but that didn't do anything.

Try this:

  - Click on the DMD window

  - Press the key to the left of the 1 key on the keyboard (tilde key on English keyboards). A white box should open in the DMD window

  - Using the up and down arrow keys scroll through the options until you find a channel you need to adjust

  - Using the left and right arrow keys adjust the volume of the channel - left arrow lowers the volume right arrow raises the volume

  - Repeat the above two steps to adjust other channels

  - When done press the key to the left of the 1 key on the keyboard to close the white box

  - Click anywhere on the table to return focus to the table

The procedure I gave you is the desktop table procedure.  Search the forums for a similar procedure if you have a cabinet.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for building this rare and very interesting table!

It is one of the few tables that uses a crt screen.

..and remember, press both flipper buttons at the same time to jump during the motocross game :-)

THX :) for the beautiful table...

Just 1 thing:  I can´t bring it to start a game...   It keeps saying "set sw1 to off"...  I don´t know what to do... :-?

I got the latest VPX exe (V10.21), but still no luck...

Motor Show has a preconfigured nvram in the Bally 6803 and Gottlieb System 3 nvram pack.

Wow nice job on Motorshow JP. I am a big fan of Zaccaria and Mr Game tables. I almost bought this game, but had difficulty getting it home so decided to forget it. Very rare game, there are maybe 3 in the USA. Cheers.!

Does anyone have FAST TRACK roms? FAST TRACK was the prototype of MOTOR SHOW. I have a friend with a FAST TRACK and he has a bad video rom. He'd love to get his game running correctly. The MOTOR SHOW roms work but the display on FAST TRACK is monochrome so the roms are slightly different.

Please PM me

Thanks,

LTA

****SOLVED****For Me At Least****

I can’t get the DMD to go anywhere except full screen on the play field Monitor. I tried deleting the nvram, tried without it, put in new one from the Bally nvram download. Tried different B2s, changed the DMD values in the registry, added DMD border and move it around, I have shaken it before setting. It always goes back to full screen on the play field. I would really like to try this game, it looks very cool. Thanks anyone who can help.

I have no solution to this. I decided I would tackle it again and the first time I moved the DMD it stayed where I put it. One thing I found out is I can’t run this table in exclusive full screen because I can’t see the DMD at all. In Windowed mode I can see it. Glad to finally have it working, fun table.

3.0 Updated 31.10.2020
Updated script, physics & graphics:
- added the arcade physics 3.0
- enhanced the images if they were not already 4k (or close enough :) ).
- removed workarounds for the vpinmame droptargets as they fully support SSF (hit sounds) with the latest vpinmame.
- new rolling routine that now includes the ball shadow, the ball drop sound from Rothbauer and my ball speed control.
- Easy change of the ambient lightning: Hold down LeftMagnaSave and with RightMagnaSave it will switch between LUT images, from light to dark, 9 levels, and the selection will be saved for the table.
- some extra collision sounds and added more random on the hits sounds.

The DMD display will not load in front. I have to alt tab to bring it forward. I'm using the B2s with the black dmd box in the middle and no grill. How do I force it to load the dmd always on top?

If you are using VPM DMD

1) make sure cabinet mode is checked

2) you have have to disable bring to front on the backglass, right click backglass for settings
3) may also help to right click DMD, pick show borders, drag DMD around on the screen, uncheck show borders, move DMD to final position.

If you are using external DLL DMD, just make sure dmddevice.ini has always on top enabled

If you feel the need to empty your wallet in my direction, i don't have any way to receive it anyways

Spend it on Hookers and Blow
