File Name: Embryon_VP9.2_1.02_WS

File Submitter: ICPjuggla

File Submitted: 23 Sep 2013

Author(s): ICPjuggla, Herweh and OldSkoolGamer
Manufacturer: Bally
Year: 1980

Permission to MOD?: Yes, with approval

EMBRYON for VP9.2+
by ICPjuggla, Herweh and OldSkoolGamer
All Lighting/GI by OldSkoolGamer

Special thanks to Plumb for the starting playfield scan, to Francisco666 for plastics, to Hmueck for flipper textures and to Unclewilly for a metal wall texture.
Another special thanks to Pacdude for his version of Embryon with some great info about the lamp ids' mapping.

This is a 'from scratch' rebuild.

Table is saved with layer infos so for the best experience (and for pretty cool looking flasher) use a VP9.16 beta build or higher.

Thanks for and to:
- Alpha Ramp Plunger code by Koadic
- Fading Lamps code, flasher images and much more from JPSalas
- Some sound files and ideas from JimmyFingers
- Ball rolling code by JimmyFingers and/or Rascal
- B2B Collision code by Steely & Pinball Ken and Koadic
and to all I've forgotten here maybe.

The table features 'Customizable Options' at the top of the table script. You may select VPinMAME, UVP or B2S, DMD rotation, GI and/or Flashers on/off, Cabinet Sounds or Ball Size.

Have a lot fun.

Thank you very much for your creation, it is a beautiful pinball.

I wanted to tell that the ball caught on the left (behind the drop target) with a hit with the other ball he was playing out of his place and entered the field.

Excuse my bad English.

regards

Thanks. A version with some bug fixes will be released in a few days.

Thank you for this recreation.

Just one minor comment: the plunger is very very powerfull. I think that something should be decreased in its settings.

Found the fix for the plunger being way too strong: Find the Plunger object (it is to the left of where the plunger would normally be). Change the Mech Strength value to 40.

Hi

Just a question.

I downloaded the emu (and everything necessary yesterday, and downloaded this table this morning. when I run it it works , but as soon as I try to start the Table it breaks and the pop-up window says:

acsq5oEB.jpg

is there something I'm missing?

bsize refers to ball size and there are a few newer tables that have that option now

my problem is I can't play any of these newer pins that use 9.2 as the stutter is too great to make them playable

I'm pissed at that as they look to be loads of fun to play

both this one and Apollo 13 are completely unplayable for me
