File Name: Street Fighter II v1.3.8 VP9X Mod by Calimero Oeuf
File Submitter: CalimeroOeuf
File Submitted: 29 Aug 2012
File Category: VP 9.x Originals
Author(s): Calimero Oeuf

Destruk
Zaphod

Gerhard S
WTiger
Permission to MOD?: No

NEW VERSION ! v1.3.8

Tip :
Sometimes Chun-Li stops spinning and it is impossible to finish the Grand Challenge or other objective with the same ball when you have to reach this ramp. So I let the bug appearing sometimes in Zanghief ramp when the ball goes behind it and I added a wall in order to block the ball temporary (to unlock it, simply nudge left one time) so when You cannot finish an objective because of Chun Li spinner, try and try Zanghief ramp until you block the ball then wait a moment for the spinner turning then nudge to unlock the ball et voila.

Note for v1.3.7 (should be resolved in v1.3.8)
If you get "Could not create texture offscreen surface" Go to Preference, Video options and put Max Texture Dimension to 1024. This should resolve the problem

P.S. : Thanks to Destruk for help me with spinning Chun-Li.

You should add Faralos to that list and have him add some round rubbers.

Welcome to the forums and how nice is it to live in Paris?

calimero>>>>>I will try to make a fullscreen version

chas>>>>start here
fov 0
layback if you want
roate 270
2 expand the top and bottom
2 expand the sides equally
-400 move left/right
400 move up or down
after the rotate start it up.... scale the flippers and bump up the strangth of flippers, slings etc....
i suggest starting with flippers strength on 5, 0.08 and OB on 0.....
if you need more power bump up the 0.08 "speed".
should be in the area of 5 strength, 0.08, 0.09, 0.1, 0.11 and 0.16 "speed"
some tables can be 0.16 or more on "speed" for FS.
some do it the other way around.....strength on 1 and "speed" around 0.275 and OB around 7.5.
i found 5 strength, speed on 0.08 or more and OB on or around -1 to 2 worked best for me.....
you will get better after you have done this for awhile.....good luck....

alot of new members need advise on how to use the backdrop scales to rotate.
the user guide does not do this.

We still need to find a stripped playfield, but it looks BIG, really really BIG! smile.gif

I don't know how it happened but I had a ball go through the left ramp half way up the ramp near where the black plate is. I lost the ball and had to hit "B" to release a new ball but the ball I lost seemed to get stuck in the VUK because I lost the new ball on top of the lost ball.

If it is Zanghief ramp, I added an invisible wall behind the hole. You just have to nudge left or right
