The Addams Family (Full Screen version for cabinet use) - Based on the table by Bally from 1992
Based on the 1992 Bally Addams Family.
Thanks to all the betatesters involved.
Thanks to Leo for the backdrop and for the hand pics, thanks to ChispaMaster for the plastified look, thanks to Lord Hiryu, UW and Groni for some of the images and sounds used and of course thanks to JPSalas, many of the sounds and textures are from him.
New to the FS version:
New bumpers made with walls so they can fade smoother in 4 steps.
New thing animation.
Adjusted flippers settings.
Some minor updates.
Changes in version 2.0:
Updated to VP91X: Transparent ramps, transparent plastics. New Screws, nuts, pegs... New metal and wood textures, new flashers, new sounds, new physics, added missing sensor (sensor 58 at the end of the ramp) and lots of little adjustments I just can't remember!
Changes in version 2.0.1:
Ball shouldn't get off the main ramp anymore.

Can someone make a HP Video preview for this please?
Is the thing box and the rorating pad supposed to be single color? Or is my card missing some textures?

I believe I've got everything set up correctly but the table looks nothing like the screen shot or those I've seen running on you tube et al. The playing field background really stands out on the image posted here but on my VP 914 installation the playing field is really faded ( washe'd out ) and all the transparencies appear to be "x"'d as if I'm not in the correct resolution or something. Am I missing something? Any Ideas?

Dear Melon,
My wife and I just expanded our basement game room and my wife actually liked one of my "crazy" suggestions -- to make wall sized images of the Addams Family and Black Knight 2000 pinball tables and put them up on the wall of the new game room expansion.
I actually own both of these machines and Bally and Williams are both defunct, so I don't think getting them printed will be a problem.
The problem is getting an image large enough that it can be blown up to 6' - 7' tall and 2' - 3' wide-ish.
I did some screen grabs of:
Lord Hiryu's FS BK2K
Melon's FS Addams
But I am not sure if:
1. The screen grabs I did are the maximum resolution I can get -- my laptop isn't all that high end, so it might not be showing the highest resolution image that VP can generate.
2. I only generated the screen shots of the table not-in-play. Not lit up. It would be great to get a screen shot with the lites on and ball in play.
Does anyone know how (or can help me) to get a maximum resolution image of either of the above tables -- full screen -- ball in play and table lit up?

P.S. The reason I want to use VP images is that the tables are "perfect", the condition of my own Addams and BK2K... sadly are not.

Soo.. Judging from the spectacular FS tables, I think my next project will be to make a "budget" VP table.. what would be the best dimensions for a monitor? Since I'm on a budget, I can't afford a 32" monitor ;-), but even a 21" wide screen would make a nice small table.. If needing a backglass I imagine I need a second monitor.. any advice there? what about flippers? I could make a mechanical gadget that would push a shift key every time I press a buttion, out of a camera remote shutter activator.. that seems a good idea.. but there must be a few USB flippers out there by now.. And, what about a plunger?
