Update of my Batman table for VP9

This is an update to my batman table, I have updated some lights, ramps, translite, new apron and a few more enhancements from the VP8 version. I've also changed some sounds.

Fixed the slow ball speed, adjusted the slope and gave the flippers more power.

pb with middle ramp, does not work (the TV missions)
Flugehein museum is hard to pursue, adjust the table map.

Sorry bro, there are still major playing problems with this. Can't play to completion because all modes not implemented or don't work. Ball disappears, gets stuck. Muddy graphics. Its' not that your table is terrible, its just that the bar has been set so high by the others, dig? Gman thmbdn.gif
