This challenging table from Gtxjoe, Rascal and Steely is great fun.
This table has a few evolutionary paths, so I hope I've got the credits right.

- 1.0 Lights , lighting, playfield, physics, layout, scaling, graphics, animation, sound, script.
- 1.1 fixed Hulk kicker being too easy to hit
- 1.2 Layout. physics
- 1.3 Added missing insert light, fixed Hulk trapping balls and made him contact the balls better, physics

Thanks for table but I'm getting an error on line 217: SpBall(1).vely = -0.01
and it won't start.
my playfield looks nothing like this . Has a pink layer I can not get off playfield
