Skateboard Inder 1980
Based on the table by Inder from 1980.
From akiles50000: Gracias a (thanks to):
And I can add Kiwi for testing the table, and also again to mfuegemman for testing the table, making the directb2s and the DIP switches routine, find all the numbers for the switches, lights and solenoids and I guess he could have made the table himself
Thanks also to Pmax65 for the changes in the vbs file, which is now called inder_skateball.vbs, and in the dipswitch routine.
Also thanks to Rajo Joey for the wheel art.

Hi legtod2:
Try changing line 25 in the inder_skateboard.vbs from:
Const swCoin3 = 52
to
Const swCoin3 = 50
And try again. If it doesn't work, then I don't know what can be wrong, as it works for me, but I use a only a keyboard.
Greetings
JP
I thank you for your efforts but no difference.
as an experiment I opened notepad and pressed my start button.
the number 1 appeared each time I pressed it.
then I checked setting in the game for start button and it is 1.
this one is a mystery to me.
Start button not mapped to key 1. Not sure if this is an issue with inder_centaur.vbs or some place else.
Game does start if I press the 1 key.
Coin button is working, plunger is working, just not the Start key.
Game plays well. Thank you.
I have just found a fix for this problem.
In the inder_skateboard.vbs script there are two lines of code (in different subroutines) which say
Case StartGameKey .Switch(swStartButton) = True
and
Case StartGameKey .Switch(swStartButton) = False
If you change the 'True' to 'False' and vice versa everything works!
Thanks JP
Thanks JP
Hermosa mesa, muchas gracias por el trabajo.
Hi Folks, playing the table then it dawned on me, do you thing the rom based sounds (beeps, poops, tones) are generated from synthesized sound or from sampled sounds compiled into the Rom? Meaning, do think there is synthesizer engine compiled into the rom, and all the cheezy 1976 audio tones are generated as a result of an algorithm and computations? I'm considering a sound mod to the table. Thanks all.
i installed the rom and when i try to open it i got
Runtime error Line: 62 Variable is undefined: 'vpmInit'
Thank you!
Is there a backglass posted somewhere?
Google isn't being my friend.
Kudos!

New vpx file installed into tables folder and new inder_skateboard.vbs installed into the scripts folder. Same result start button does not work.
1 Key does provide start of Game with credits
Same problem as before; however, my other 289 tables are starting fine with my start button.
I recently installed the Inder 250cc table and it runs and starts no problem.
