Based on the Premier/Gottlieb table from 1993

I made the table using my own graphics. The layout and gameplay should be as close as possible to the original table.

Version 5 is only for testing VPX8, which by the time of this release is still in beta, that's why we need tables to test the new features :D

What's New in Version 6.0.0 (See full changelog)

  • 6.0.0 Updated September 2025
  • - Moved LUT to User Options (F12)
  • - Added some extra options to the User Options (F12)
  • - Updated physics to my latest rev 4.3.1. mostly bouncier rubbers and harder flippers.
  • - Activated the modulated flashers as default.
  • 5.5.0 Updated 13.12.2024
  • - New playfield mesh to avoid the ball getting stuck on top of the flippers.
  • - Fixed my ball spin control, which were too aggressive, and it killed the ball's acceleration, making the ball too slow, getting stuck on ramps, and also being unable to climb the ramps on many tables.
  • 5.1.2 Updated 21.09.2024
  • - some more graphical changes by CalimeroOeuf .
  • - Updated for VPX8 release version (adjusted reflections, lights & flashers, equirectangular ball, flipper animations)
  • - some graphical changes (playfield mesh with holes, incandescent lights)
  • - added a screenshot for scutters file explorer handler
  • 5.1.1 Updated 20.08.2023
  • - some more graphical changes by CalimeroOeuf .
  • - thanks to CalimeroOeuf for sending these nice 3d figures to replace the pictures.
  • 5.0.0 Updated 08.08.2023
  • - New textures by CalimeroOeuf, same playfield though.
  • - Updated for VPX8, including physics Rev 3, new flashers, new playfield mesh...

  • - Fixed the neon FIGHTER lights not being visible when they are turned off.
  • 4.0.0 Updated 13.10.2022
  • - Updated to my VPX7 physics
  • - cleaned up and deleted unused graphics & reduced the size of the table
  • - Added my VPX7 LUT changer to darken the table (hold down LEFT CTRL while change with RIGHT CTRL).
  • - Updated my mechanical set of sounds to a more "under the glass" sound.
  • - Changed the Environment image to enhance a little the object shadows.
  • - Some small script updates, like the Rolling sound and PlaySoundAt routines.
  • 3.0 Updated 31.10.2020
  • Updated script, physics & graphics:
  • - added the arcade physics 3.0
  • - enhanced the images if they were not already 4k (or close enough :) ).
  • - removed workarounds for the vpinmame droptargets as they fully support SSF (hit sounds) with the latest vpinmame.
  • - new rolling routine that now includes the ball shadow, the ball drop sound from Rothbauer and my ball speed control.
  • - Easy change of the ambient lightning: Hold down LeftMagnaSave and with RightMagnaSave it will switch between LUT images, from light to dark, 9 levels, and the selection will be saved for the table.
  • - some extra collision sounds and added more random on the hits sounds.
  • 1.2.0 Updated 31.12.2016
  • Updated for VPX 10.2 and vpinmame 2.8
  • (I guess I never uploaded this table before :) )

Thanks for the Update!! I am getting a force close right after table shows using Vpx 10.8.5 beta. I tried both 10.8.5 both x86, x64. then I tried both 10.8.4 , 10.8.3 all force close. All other Version 5 of your tables work fine.  I also tried deleting the nvram and downloaded a new rom with no luck.

What fixed it for me was either removing my .pal/.vni colorization files for this table, or using the native dmdext decoder with the colorization files.  I just commented out the following in my dmddevice.ini and it works with color:

; put your plugins here, up to 10 plugins can be defined.
; since they are native plugins, you need to define them
; for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
;plugin.0.path = C:\vPinball\VisualPinball\VPinMAME\pin2color.dll
;plugin.0.path64 = C:\vPinball\VisualPinball\VPinMAME\pin2color64.dll
;plugin.0.passthrough = false

Thanks The Dmddevice.ini fixed it for me. Very much appreciated!!!!!!!!!
