Custom 3D models by dark
primitive flippers by zany

Gaston for the Capcom Lamp Shader tip
batch for the WS backdrop
If your still having performance issues with 1.2:
please try changing LampShader and HighPerformace to 0 at the top of the script, doing so should really help speed up the table..
If the table is too dark for your liking adjust the Night --> Day slider
At this time the power flippers still are not working we hope to have a fix for that in the future..
Enjoy the table and have fun
update: 1.1
arngrim added the new controller.txt DOF config to the script.
Update 1.2
optimized the table quite a bit for better performance
fixed the gun eject

ICP, Fren, and Dark. Thank you! The performance options at the beginning of the script really improve performance. Table looks and plays so beautifully. This one is a home run, guys.
I don't get a dot matrix display, and it complains about missing a kingpin directb2s file when I start the table in VPX. Am I missing a file?
Download bs2 file for http://www.vpforums....&showfile=11000.
Rename Kingpin (Capcom 1996).directB2S file to Kingpin (Capcom 1996).1.2.directB2S.
Paste in folder Tables.
On play table, press alt and tab to select Backglass, rightclick in Backglass and set visible (matrix display) in visibility options.
Sorry no speaking English...
Instead of Tilting the Table I get Coins :/ I can't Tilt the Table - How can I fix that?
Bug-Report on Kingpin (Capcom 1996) Version 1.2:
After Tilting - the Flippers didn't go off and it's possible to keep playing and to make other shots (they don't count point wise, but it is annoying - especially when you play with more players on one Table)
Awesome work, thank you very much ICPjuggla!
A question: According to this interview there is an alternative game mode in the ROM that can be activated:
The original roms had two playing styles. One was the traditional X number of balls game. The other was an unlimited ball game that was tied to a power meter. As long as you continued to hit shots, your power meter would stay full, but when you started to miss stuff, your flippers would get weaker and weaker until the game was over. The original roms let the operator setup the game in either mode.
Is it possible to activate this mode here?
EXCELLENT: This is an incredible game - theme, action, humour, goals, dots - thanks for this excellent simulation of a rare game that I would never get a chance to play the real one.
