Thanks to the great investment of both time and effort on the part of Destruk, there are many images available to use in constructing tables.
If you can contribute, in any way possible, in the interest of cataloging and uploading the resources available, please do so. This will go a long way in encouraging aspiring new and veteran table authors by provide solid resource material.
This includes both images and sounds for use in VP and FP alike.
Thank you.

Would you be willing to contribute some of the stuff you have now?
I understand a lot of authors are a little reluctant to share some resources, but any resources you're willing to share would be fine.
I really feel a good resource database would go a long way in encouraging a greater number of contributing authors.

I don't think you need to use the bandwidth to store resources from actual VP tables. With VP9, you can just export any image or sound, so the table is already storing this stuff for you. When I wanted to use Popotte's graphics for a VP version of Drop A Card, I just asked for permission and then exported them from FP.

You have discovered an Easter egg. Pat yourself on the back.

While I can understand your concern on that, I think it would be best to catalog them in the resources area of the forum.
This allows for various contributors to the same table resources and to view them as resources in the catalog.

Where are you trying to upload them?
I would like to get them together with the images I already have. Could you get them to me another way?
Savefile or something?
I'll be sure to credit you in the resource file.

Were they .rar or .zip?
Those are the only formats allowed for uploads.

I just tested, and it worked fine.
Was the file > 30MB?
That's the only thing I can think of that would stop you.

These are but a few of the many sites that i use for various sound samples. I also use 'Photobie' an extensive freeware art program that you can get (again for free!) at:
http://www.photobie.com/
this I use for layering pictures or cropping/copying pics into the backdrops or 'blueprints' of the actual table I am working on. there is also an online tutorial for it should you get confused. Another good program is 'truespace' but I haven't used that one at all as it is VERY intensive and comes with a 219 page manual, something which I can't print out due to its sheer size! so I can't use it yet, but from what I gather, one can actually create 3-d objects with it and the lengendary 'Scapino' uses it for his incredible table graphics in all his pins, but I am unsure exactly how he does this( i know it involves copying a picture directly onto a backdrop decal, but I do know he uses truespace (another freeware program)

On vp 9.0.2, I'm trying to export a sound from an older table but when I go to edit the sound it's complete garbage. Is there a way to fix this?
The sound exports as:
bit rate 705kbps
Audio sample size 16-bit
channels 2
Audio sample rate 22kHz
Audio format PCM
It plays fine inside of vp...

I'm trying to get that Quarter sound from Firepower v1.8 (Greywolf). Sucks that I can't even get my sound out of my own table (granted, I inherited it from someone else long ago).
Let me know if you can't find this table; I'll let you have v1.9 (never released due to I got sick of competing with PacDude over Firepower so I went to find another playground).

You know, I've been trying to do just that on my Vista system, and it seems it's been blocked.
