This is not a new rule - simply something that has not been enforced as well as it should have been. In the interest of preserving authors' rights, we can not support linking to sites that have or support unauthorized mods. If there is an unauthorized mod on another site, we can ask them to remove it, but we cannot guarantee its removal - as it is not on this site. Our apologies for slacking off in this department. Thankyou.
