Hello and Good Day!

I have had this speed issue with Cruis'n USA for a long time now, and I can't seem to understand what the hell I'm doing wrong to make it playable in full speed using MAME32/Fastmame 0.98.
Could somebody here tell me how to make this game run at full speed? Step by step, please!

I am able to run the game at almost 44fps using Fastmame 0.98, but the sound is too stuttering to enjoy it. sad.gif

Watch this video: Anybody care to explain how the hell this guy is able to run the game at full speed? Also, is my computer too slow?

My computer specs are:
CPU:Pentium D Dual Core 3.2Ghz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GT 240 512MB DDR3
HD: Western Digital 7200rpm 500GB (lots of space left)
RAM: 3 GIG (Corsair)

Thanks. But I have a feeling I will have to buy myself a new computer to be able to run it! Damn! sad.gif

I ran Cruis'n USA on my laptop with a Dual Core Pentium T4400 at 2.2 ghz with 3 gb ram and a intel gma 4500 chipset at 78-100 percent during the races.  During the other parts, it will run with no stutters.  I've seen Cruis'n USA run at lower speeds on the actual machine itself in many of the arcades I used to go to.  So overall, I feel the MAME emulators need to come up with a no sound stuttering option.  Other than that, it's fine where its at.
