Great Googly Moogly, I LOVE Pinball!!!

 

Smacking that little silver ball around, hitting targets and satisfying ramp shots for BIG jackpots makes me weak in the knees (and sometimes dizzy), but DAMN! Yeah...

 

So, I own a couple physical machines and just a month ago entered the world of virtual pinball and WOW, I'm hooked! I had played several virtual pinball games on consoles over the years, including the old Mario Pinball and Alien Crush on TurboGraphx (anyone remember that one??), plus the Playstation & Zen ones, but never anything emulated on a real cabinet before.

 

A month ago I bought a used ALP HD off Marketplace just to try it out and not expecting much, but was blown away by how fun it is. I went off the deep end and bought dozens of tables, customized it, played for HOURS every day (yeah, I'm retired) and then found out I can add a PC for even MORE tables!

 

Even with as much fun as I'm having now, I feel like I'm going to outgrow the native tables quickly and want to add some great user created tables very soon, so here I am...ready to learn all about this exciting new world of virtual pinball.
