I recently got back into the hobby and with the help of Nailbuster's Baller Installer, managed to get things up and running.  It's been years since I touched Future Pinball and cant remember how to get DMD's or HUD's to show up anywhere.

For instance, I'm trying the Dead Hunter's 1.01 table, and the 2 line scoreboard or hud won't show up anywhere.  I see them when I select the translite button (FizXDMD and DMDOverlay HUD) so I know they are there, but I don't see them when I run the table.  How can I get those elements to show up?  And when I do, is there a way to get the to show up on the backglass or DMD screen?  I know the Pinup Popper documentation warned against installing certain other extensions, but am I missing a step?

Thanks!

I am familiar with the table.  Dead Hunters has 2 fairly long segmented displays that appear on the backwall (it is the wall behind the playfield).  You must be playing Zobou's version because it has a FizX DMD.

If you have DMDExt, the 2 segmented displays cannot be displayed on it because they are not compatible.  This table has always been set up to play on a desktop PC but I think you can change it so you can see the segmented displays on your backbox.   Open the FP editor and hover over on the buttons on the left side of the editor until you find one that says "Select Game Room / Translite View" and click on it.  You will see the 2 segmented displays near the bottom of your screen inside a box with dim lines on it which is the backwall.  Hold your shift key down and click on each of the segmented displays sequentially.  This should select both displays. Drag both displays up to the upper part of the screen and drop them both in the middle of the double box with the dim lines (which is the backbox).  Save the table that way and you should see the 2 segmented displays on your backbox.  You may want to move the displays around a bit to find a location that looks good.

Thank you so much!  This worked.  I was looking in the wrong place and only noticed the actual digital display when I maximized the editor window.  I also got the HUD working -- was missing the "render onto translite" option that wasn't checked.

Really enjoying this table again!

Thanks again!
