I have LEDBlinky installed and have been playing around with getting DOFLinx installed. However, it seems like I can't have both working at the same time with my mame cabinet. It seems like LEDBlinky uses windows output in the mame.ini file while DOFLinx uses network in the ini file. If I change it to network, as soon as I launch LEDBlinky, it over writes the ini file back to windows. Is there any solution for this? Thanks!

I don't know. I'm an LEDBlinyn user for my mame-bigblx cabinet, but no lights on my pincab. I'd maybe contact the LEDBlinky author, especially if you're a paid customer.

You are correct, currently you cannot run both. I have provided details to the keep of LEDBlinky about using the network output for a system integrator looking for the same thing. Its been a short while and nothing yet. You may have to choose what features you want. Other than spoken buttons, I'm not aware of anything you can't do with DOFLinx.

So I had DOFLinx working, but now it's not connecting. It's saying I don't have the output set to network in the mame.ini file. But I do have it set. Anything I'm overlooking?
Shouldn't be. If DOFLinx is reporting that, then its reading your Mame.ini to get to that conclusion. Check your mame.ini
I have seen systems that copy mame.ini files around or point to them via the command line, so be sure you have the correct mame.ini if you have multiples.
If you still have an issue post your DOFLinx.LOG and your mame.ini

I came here looking for info as to whether Doflinx and ledblinky can coexist...
Having searched about a bit, would this program enable the 2 programs to work at the same time?

At a quick read it may well allow this to occur (theory says yes). Obviously I've never tested it, nor am I a LEDBlinky user. Give it a try and let us all know.
