Welcome! I'm afraid we're going to need a lot more information, and possibly pictures.

Also, be aware that if you bought the cabinet pre-made and with a hard disk full of software, people are going to be much less inclined to help. Apart from the fact that someone made money of something that should be provided for free, virtual pinball is a hobby that requires effort. It can't just be "plug and play", because there are a lot of things that can go wrong on a cab, and it's always easier if you know what you're dealing with, rather than if the insides of the cab are essentially a "black box" for you.

Hi

I agree with 6/12.

Please it is only my opinion and there is no offense.

I understand your point of view. Most people like to play Pinball in a real cabinet and not in desktop mode but, they don´t have any idea in how to built one.

So is better to buy a complete hardware working. There are a lot of suppliers on internet.

The suppliers spend time and money to built a complete Pinball hardware cabinet and I agree about sale the hardware cabinet but, I disagree about to sale Visual pinball and all files on system because they are free.

The client is responsable to add the files in the system. Config, setup and a lot of things. The forums are there to support them free.

It´s a hobby e many guys spend time and sometimes money to offer a free amusement.

If you bought a complete hardware, you may have a hardware problems. I think is better you look for your supplier.

Maybe your issue is in the DOF interface or DOF config is not working properly.
