I'm planning another pinball build, this time a vertical cabinet that can also act as an arcade emulator.  I've used the Pico before on two smaller builds and really like its capabilities, availability, and price.  Been awhile since I last visited the forum, and I was excited to see that MJR has made a Pinscape Pico project.  The DIY solution looks great, and I have the BOM already uploaded to Mouser.

The area that is unknown to me is obtaining the printed circuit boards.  I've soldered on PCB's for years and multiple projects, but I've never ordered a bare board.  How is that done?  I see on his github that the files for the board are available, but I have no idea how to translate that file into an actual board.  Eagle CAM software in mentioned in the github, but that is not something I know anything about.

Has anyone printed these boards where the fabricator might have the file already in their system?  Any help would be much appreciated!

You should contact RickH here - I think he has some copies of the unpopulated boards available.

In case he's run out, here's a pointer to my Build Guide chapter on board fabrication:

That's all in terms of the original KL25Z expansion boards, but the process is exactly the same.  Just substitute the .brd files from the Pinscape Pico github page.

Picked up mainboard and  powerboard from 3dptronics have to say the boards are very nice for 62.50 euros and then the day of delivery DHL sent me an email for an import duty fee for $23.22 dollars all together about 95 dollars for the two boards .I started assembling the mainboard taking my time a little overwhelming for I have not soldered in awhile. But I got my second wind and have impressed myself on soldering. I would like to give a big thank you to MJR for all your work and contributions for your pinscape guide was my inspiration to build a three monitor virtual pin cab which is up and running perfectly and I felt it was only fitting for it to be powered with pinscape boards. Also thank you to RICK for sending me a set of boards that will also be assembled. Would post some pic but have not figured out how to do that yet .Gonna swap out the dudes cab for the pinscape pico with expansion boards and the power distribution board I am curious how they compare. Will keep the community posted.
