For a long time this was my one remaining VP9 table in my collection until finding this dusty VPX version in the archives.  Love the table, such a fun and simple concept that keeps me coming back for more!  I reached out to 32assassin and mfuegemann for permission to modify it.  Being essentially a 3:4 ratio table, I prefer circles to ovals and filled in the remaining space with a marquee frame to display the logos of your favorite bubbly beverages. Who doesn't love a custom six pack?  The plunger button, otherwise unused in this table will now switch images and playfields to reflect your six beverages of choice.  I included 34 logos of mainstream brews and personal favorites to choose from, and adding your own will be easy. At the top of the script you simply type in the names between the quotation marks. Whatever you type has to be spelled exactly as the image is titled in the image manager.  You also have to choose the liquid colors, either gold, brown, or black for the stout and porter fans out there! If using the flex display, the game will crash if a title isn't spelled correctly.

Other than that, I had to clean up a ton of transparency related artifacts, cleaned up the digits a bit, and added a flex display which shows the same beer logos in pixelated glory.  I am still pondering whether to do more with the flex, and whether to mess with a backglass, but the existing one works just fine.  Big thanks for allowing me to mod!

If you're like me and added arcade joysticks to your table, it is much more fun to use those, but otherwise you control the bar with flippers and magnasaves.  For what I tried, I could not map the joystick input to VPX controls. Mapping buttons works just fine, but not gamepad or axis inputs, but I installed joy2key and it works just fine, allowing me to map my sticks to the same keyboard commands that move flippers and magnasaves.

Where is the existing backglass exactly? I found a .png file but I don't know how to make that a backglass in VPX.

Nevermind. I found it included with the VP9.9 file. Thanks so much for making this mod. So much fun!

Is there an option to change the amount of seconds allowed before the push bar will move up automatically when there is no movement by the player?

Me and my friends play this one for the first time (well, their first time) a couple of weeks back. Big success. Thanks for this and the other modified version. Job well done !

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.
