Hi All;

I have a cabinet with a Kinect 2 that *was* working great with BAM Head Tracking... Until I upgraded my PC, and now I can't get it working again.

I've installed "Future Pinball and BAM Essentials AIO - 2.7" and "KinectRuntime-v2.0_1409-Setup".

From the BAM Menu: I can select the Kinect Plugin and calibrate it successfully.

When I start a table, it "falls" indicating that head tracking is active. However, the camera angle never moves from it's starting position.

I thought that MS Defender had blocked a dll, so I:
Verified that all of the .exe or .dll files in the Future Pinball folder were unblocked. (None had been blocked.)

Added every subfolder under the Future Pinball folder to MS Defender's excluded folder list. (Previously I just had the "Future Pinball" folder in the exclusion list.)

This didn't fix the issue.

What else can I try?

Thanks for your help!

Just curious, when you say "upgraded my PC" do you mean the physical components of the PC or upgraded from Windows 10 to 11...??

Thanks.
