Help finding something to play a sound on my cab

Team,

 

I am looking for a small device that would play a sound when I turn on the main power in my cab.

 

Some additional detail; I have a master switch in the back of my cab that feeds a power strip that energizes all the outlets when the pc power is turned on. Once that switch is flipped I have a remote pc power button inside the cab next to the coin door.

 

What I am looking for is a device that when I flip the main switch it simply plays a single mp3 or audio file one time and resets when the power is off. This would be before I power on the pc. 

 

I've found a few devices on amazon that have a push button to play the sound, but nothing that triggers based on an electric signal. 

 

Any ideas on something simple?

If a DIY solution is acceptable, I think you could rig something with a microcontroller pretty easily.  A quick search turned up this, which might be a good start:
