Can confirm! For Torpedo Alley's historically low volume, every time i played i used to have to do the cumbersome process of:
OLD PROCESS:
F1 in game (or Test vpinmame rom in Setup64)
show vpinmame DMD, save that config, exit vpinmame screen, f3 restart rom, click on dmd screen if hopefully i could find it on my 3 screens, do shift tilde, right arrow 12 times to raise vol from 0 to 12 db with the on screen display, shift tilde again to exit, alt tab to get back focus to my game.
repeat every time i played, since it wouldn't save.
Now INSTEAD, with latest VPinMame 3.6, just go to the table script and add this statement in with the other .statements in your With Controller init routine (starts around line 174 in JPJ's great 2.2 version of Torpedo Alley).
.Games(cGameName).Settings.Value("volume") = 12 'setting rom above 0db is now available in latest vpinmame 3.6
thank you thank you VPinMame Team!!!
