Please help. Been trying to fix this for couple months and out of all ideas and hours of searching the internet posts for ideas.
I own a virtual Pinball Cabinet that is running an LG OLED 42" C3 (2024 version) TV, LG 32" monitor, 3080TI Graphics Card, 750 Watts Power Supply, AMD Ryzen 7 570 with Radeon Graphics 3.80 GHz, 48 GB DDR4 RAM, Win 10 64 bit, version 22H2, Cable is certified to run native 120hz for TV HDMI to HDMI to graphics card, and DisplayPort cable for monitor, and DMD. TV is checked during play and always running 119 refresh rate.
PinUp Popper Version 1.5.0
VPX Version 10.8
When scrolling through the PinUp Popper the scrolling gets stuck in either direction until I hit the opposite flipper button. This happens a lot. I've tried turning ogg Game Mode on TV, or leaving it on and turing off Boost for les lag on TV. I've changed Ultra mode on graphics card to standard lag. I've also set PC to regular battery mode, to high performance, to low performance. Nothing stops the scrolling issue. I've also bought and installed new flipper buttons.
I believe VPX, and all other pinball software games are running in full window mode I think. The graphics card's display settings are also set to 120hz for TV and monitor (monitor can handle even above 120).
The second, maybe related issue, is on rare occasions the the pinball stutters on certain games. I have about 1,000 pinball games.
The flippers will "go dead" for a microsecond on a rare occasion.
Any ideas on how I can correct these issues.
