I asked the question in the forum as I had another issue with another game...however still having a problem with Barracora - player one is lit on player 3 and player two is lit on player 4 and player 3 is lit on player one and player 4 is lit on player 2.

A suggestion was to swap player 2 and player 3's segment numbers and that would correct it; however I don't see anywhere in the script player #'s, and all of the lights/lamps looked as though they are correct. Some assistance please as to where I can fix this little error. Thanks.

Someone else also answered and stated it:

This is a UVP issue.

So you'll want to let them know in this thread - http://www.vpforums....?showtopic=5299

Visual PinMAME, and the spanned table have the displays correct, so I don't know why they don't check these things before uploading.

Thanks for the help.

Tested it this evening & I don't seem to have any issue with the displays not being in place ..

Cheers,
FD.

DGrein - maybe download the UVP again and see if the problem still exists with the file? It may have been updated a while ago and your copy of the UVP could be an older version.

Okay, if this sounds like I dumb question I'm sorry. I've downloaded it to my flash drive and I'm seeing two files in the zip folder...:

UVP Barracora.png
UVP Barracora.uvp

When I upload them to the cabinet where do I put the zipped file? Typically I download the table (put the table in the shortcuts to tables), media packs (open up to hyperpin and put the hyperpin in my shortcuts to C:/hyperpin) and the roms (and put that to my shortcuts to roms). I've never done any other way....so do I copy the zipped file containing the two above files to the shortcut to C:/hyperpin where I normally put the hyperpin file?

Okay I did all of the above - and assumed I put it into the Hyperpin/Ultra VP folder (once I went to the cabinet and looked for the files) and also put the .png into the backglass images folder (and removed the original ones to the recycle bin) when I did this the backglass disappeared when I went to play the game. It appears it's because they game is looing for Barracora (Williams 1981) as those where the files I deleted to the recycle bin. I restored the Barracora (Williams 1981) .png and .uvp and the backglass doesn't disappear and again I still have the Player one appearing in player 3 etc.

Barracora is looking for all files to be Barracora (Williams 1981) as this is what the table is named and all other files. I guess I will need to just deal with the fact the scores are in the wrong places, as I still have the backglass when I go to play the game. (now I'm believe this is my problem with my Gorgar problem is - as the backglass disappears upon play).

Unless there is another table with UVP as the beginning I don't believe this is going to work on the cabinet....unless I can rename the files.

And the score displays show up in the correct places now for you too on Barracora right?
Flying Dutchman deserves your thanks - he doesn't get enough appreciation for all his work on these backglasses.
