Before I go and ask Freezy for a feature in DMDext on Github, I wanted to make sure that I didn't miss something.

 

Afaik DMDext handles Pinball FX3 as a multicolor dmd because of the williams tables which use the appropriate dmd color for each table instead of the general dmd color setting in the config. And that this is why you cannot change the colors for each table seperately, leaving all the non williams tables with the same dmd color that can only be changed in the FX3 option menu for all.

 

Is that right or IS there in fact a way to get DMDext to use its tint color here and therefore change the DMD color for each table individualy?

 

 

It just bothers me how I cannot get the colors to match with the aprons I made for them

For anyone who also wants to know this.

 

You have to add "colorize = false" for every FX3 table within the dmdext ini.
