hello !

 

I install futurpinball with Terry RED's mega guide which is awesome.thanks to him !!

However, I have a problem with the installation of dmdext.
The guide refers to a link that is not clear to me.

actually all the links i found mix up the install for vp and ft, its not clear.

Is there a tutorial only for futurpinball.
or can someone tell me where should I put the unzipped files of version v1.10.02
x64?

 

Of the link of Terry RED The installer would make things easier for me, but when I click on the link, I see version 10.02 zip and I can't see the installed!

Here, real simple
in FP folder, make a folder named DMDExt

now download the 32BIT freezy's zip file

and put the contents into the folder you just made
Like so

 

Ok now copy the openGL32.dll
and paste it in the main FP folder

To run it, you would put in your front end

start /min "" "dmdext.exe" mirror --source=futurepinball -g "[GAMENAME]" --use-ini="C:\path to\future pinball\dmdext\DmdDevice.ini"

to launch it
* [GAMENAME] is popper, if using another front end, use whatever tag it uses for table name

 

and put 

start /min "" taskkill /f /im dmdext.exe

on exit

pinballX uses [TABLEFILEWOEXT] instead of [GAMENAME]

 

use the launch before area

path  where dmdext is

exe dmdext.exe

args  mirror --source=futurepinball -g "[TABLEFILEWOEXT]" --use-ini="C:\path to\future pinball\dmdext\DmdDevice.ini"

 

and to kill it use the run after

 

path C:\Windows\System32

exe taskkill.exe

/f /im dmdext.exe

 

i think you can use launch before and launch after hide window also
