I had a great time at Pinball Expo 2009 and had the opportunity to meet a great guy, Rob Craig.
His enthusiasm for pinball and our hobby, pinball emulation, was amazing and encouraging amongst the crowd of pinball "purists".

I'll let Rob tell the rest of the story in his four part seminar...

Rob is a member, if you'd like a summary, ask him to write one up. It's pretty long, and I have a LOT more video to edit.

I just thought of something humorous about Pinball evolving, have built in shock pads that shock you if you miss too many shots! biggrin.gif

I could have been smart, but I never learned anything by being smart!

Yeah i want to say thank you for the videos too, I really wish we could have an expo in Orlando they have a big convention center and it's right next to Disney world and universal studios. I talked to John Borg about it and he said maybe someday because that is a big convention center, he said he went to last years AMOA thier and couldn't believe the size. So he said you never know in the future what could happen, it would be nice for me since i'm on Dyalisis i don't want to go to just any dyalisis so i could go for a day and meet some of you guy and some of the pinball designers also. Noah you could go and visit your parents while your down here or go to the new Harry Potter theme their building at universal's Island of adventure when it's built this spring. What do you guys think. Dave P.

Thanks Noah for bringing that video to everyone. It was a good opportunity to share with pinball people, who were by and large, fans of traditional mechanical pinball. I was careful to present this material in a manner that would win over some of these folks. I believe it was a good day for pinball simulators, especially once you guys came up and joined in at the end!

Thanks again,
Rob

You have a great cabinet Rawd. I wanted to showcase the best of the cabinets.

Good to join you on this forum.
