Okay, so here's the short story. Bought "The Pinball Arcade" (and Arcooda) and all the tables. Got hooked. Found an old TriZone cabinet in an antique store, started making a cabinet, part by part.

So far, I've got two screens, and just got a PinDMD3 unit, that I've installed (physically) - it lights up real nice. But that's all - It didn't come with any kind of instructions, and I don't know how to get it recognized by any of my pinball games.

I'm using Windows 10/64 bit. If anyone can briefly outline what steps I need to take, I'd be glad.

Thanks!

Look in vpinmame folder. There are subfolders there with the dll files you need. Also, when you run the one-in-all installer it asks you what dmd you have. Mind you though. Those dll files doesn't support color like freezy does. Most pindmd3 users run his dll. https://github.com/f.../dmd-extensions - read the docs.

On pindmd.com - you can find in utils folder a tool pindmdconfig.exe - it can be used to set the strength (output) of the dmd.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.
