File Name: Rack Em Up (Gottlieb 1983)

File Submitter: kalavera

File Submitted: 17 Oct 2018

File Category: VPX Recreations

Author(s): Kalavera
Manufacturer: Gottlieb
Year: 1983
Media Pack: Link to Media Pack
Permission to MOD?: Yes, without approval

Thanks to :
Inkochnito for your Dipswitchs
TAB, LuvThatApex and Destruk, for your version VP8
dboyrecords for your conversion and rotation in VP9
Also thanks to all those who got involved in one way or another (wildman in backglass, STAT in media pack, and if I forget someone I apologize)
Thanks To Bord for his beautiful primitive flippers, implement them in this table.
The table was recreated from scratch, the playfield try to make it as similar as possible to the original, there are few good photos out there, so i did what i could, hope the final result will please you, the door at the top where it comes out the ball to the field of play is not the model that should be, but as i'm not good with 3D modeling is what i could achieve, if someone is encouraged to recreate it and send to me, would replace it immediately, try to recreate the physics as best i could using the three videos find on Youtube.

No. It is not. Its when two non-native English speaking guys discuss something, small funny moments like this happens. All good. We got a improved release out of it so thanks again :)

Hello community,

I found two ROMs in the world, one is of 10k size the other is 132k. The 10k version plays, but not keeping the rules of the table. I tried the 132k version, the emulator did not start. So switched back to the 10k - no emulation starts. Only with a system recovery I was able to bring the table back to life. Two questions, does anyone knows what the 132k rom damages in the system? and know anyone a rom that plays the right way?

all answers are appreciated, thank you in advance, Christian.

I only have the 10k rom and it seems to work fine. I guess you nvram got corrupted, so may try to delete it. Vpinmame will tell you if the roms are not right (you need to remove the "Ignore CRC errors", just start the table, press F1)

Pretty sure that JPSalas is on the money about your problem. And, well, for roms; I swear that VPU is the best place to go if in doubt.

Hello Community,

I have found another flaw with this game, the spinner is not counting, initially it is connected to "PulseSw (64)" but this seems not to be the right address, Does anyone know the right connection?

Greetings, Christian.
