Thanks, a very good replacement until we get an VPX-table.

Good physics. I only have to change the settings of the plunger.

It was indescribably fast. I only pull a little bit and he jumps in the last hole in milliseconds. :-)

I only have a plunger button. So that may be the reason.

I just tried the plunger and both (analog plunger and via button) are working very good for me.
Good physics also. It's just a bit harder to lock the ball, but thats not really a problem.
Thanks

I've noticed a big difference in the latest PM5 vs the older ones when it comes to plunger release. So, I'm adjusting my table for the old version.

From now on. I won't help anyone here at VPF. Please ask Noah why that is.

You've fixed whatever problem I was having hitting the skillshot reliably.  It was as if the hole wasn't big enough and the ball would roll backwards over it.     Not a problem in this version yay!    PS I didn't have to make any plunger adjustments.  Using Mike's pinscape with his new aedr8300 sensor invention.

(edit forgot to mention) I'm using the latest PM that came with the 10.3 release.  VPinball99_PhysMod5_Updated.exe

@STV : Yeah, thats the one that is too strong for me. But, well, not a big problem. I can either play with the old one or re-adjust the plunger for the new one.

For some reason the ball comes out of the shoot and then disappears and is unable to launch. Does this happen to anyone else?

I had to help someone on another site with this same problem with a couple of other PM5 tables.

If you run these same PM5 tables with the original PM5.exe, not the VPinball99_PhysMod5_Updated.exe, the problem will go away.

Find original version here in attachment...

http://www.vpforums....=32#entry266075

Simply download the attachment and copy the exe to your Visual Pinball folder, where all the rest of your VP.exes are.

Use this version until more can be learned about this by the devs.

I am not sure how many PM5 tables are effected by this, but the ball seems to fall through plunger when released to begin play.

Metallica PM5 version, and Space Jam PM5 version, are 2 other tables effected.

I think it has something to do with the new collision stuff added recently.

Hope this helps you.

Edit:

For this particular table, you can click the plunger in the editor and uncheck "Enable Mechanical Plunger", and it will work with the updated version of PM5.exe.

Right. I have a working VPX Pinbot but it keeps falling behind other projects on the list. I'm hoping it will be done this summer.

Yes, I have seen this happen a few times.  Did you ever get it resolved?  Or is it a matter of using the older PM5 file?  I'm using the PM5_updated .exe

Adjust the plunger or use the PM5 that was before the Pinscape code.
