Very nice table...great job.

I am also experiencing sticky flippers, like the user above.

In my testing for approval, I found that happens in VP 992, but not 921. I approved it, so it could be reported and fixed. I wasn't sure if it was just me.

Nice job!

Thanks .. always appreciate getting a new table..

I had no issues with Flipper sticking but would suggest setting the range of motion to 50deg. rather then 60deg. Just seems to be way too cradled.

Looks great.  No flipper trouble here.  Plays too easy or I was in the zone, cause I got 980K on 1st ball and got another ball & special, but stopped to report that this looks so nice.  Great to see a new author and I hope you do more tables.

PS. why doesn't this table show on the homepage under new uploads?

Was thinking the same thing as per the scoring .. not sure why though .. so I suggested the flipper settings.

Works flawlessly on my system too, no sticky flippers and no problems with kickers. I tried both VP 9.91 and 9.92.

Very good looking build, thank you!

Thanks for the great comments!  I was inspired by Wildman's latest B2S for Stingray that looks so great.  I figured someone out there is making a VPX version of Stingray, but I wanted to use my very limited skills to at least clean up the existing version for the time being.  If anyone wants to use the images from this table for a VPX version, you are more than welcome to do so.

I'm not a builder (yet) so I can't offer any good technical advise on the issues that some users are having with the table.  The images I made for this table are quite high resolution.  I could post a version of the table with lower resolution images to see if that solves the problems.  I haven't had any problems with it on my end.

I was curious if the users having issues with the table have run the older version of the table posted by kruge99 a while ago, to see if the older version runs smooth for them,  The only changes I made to kruge99's table were upgrading images and slightly moving the position of the standing targets and a few lights (no mechanical changes were made).

I agree with allknowing2012 that the flipper angle could be changed to make it a bit more realistic and challenging.  I will make that change for any future releases of this table.

I'll post a lower res version later today and see if that helps.  Thanks again for the great feedback!  cryptdoctor21

a basic SS table such as this can be stripped and the code can be rebuilt within the hour.

witch I did,  I copied and pasted the components to a VPX template.

I  pretty much added everything you need to finish this table. SORRY BUT I DON"T PLAN ON FINISHING THE TABLE

one thing

I hope you saved the image.  the fake GI lighting will look bad in VPX with the dynamic lighting.

Sounds good!

Yes, I have the playfield image saved without the GI lighting effects.

I will post it in the design resources (playfield images) section of this site today.

Thanks 32assassin!!

Let me know if I should post the "lights on" playfield image without lighting effects as well (or any other images).  I can do that no problem.

Thanks

I just posted a lower resolution version of this table.  Let me know if that helps those who are having issues.  Thanks
