New table called BURNER coming out soon!

It's about a race competition with absolutely no rules. Bashing cars, sending your opponent off the track, etc, anything goes..  :diablo:

The table will have 4 characters that you can choose to play with. Each character has a different vehicle to drive and a different music playing. One of them will be a girl  :girl_devil:

The table will have 4 main modes linked to these 4 main players, and you have to finish them to get to the final.

Also it will have a few side modes, like main multiball, hurry ups, etc.

It has 3 flippers, 2 ramps, 5 targets, 1 drop target, orbits, a big car toy to hit, inner path for the ball to pass through and some more stuff hehehe

After Scarface I started thinking on this design and a few weeks ago i talked to JP and he is doing the build and code :)

Grizz is joining also to do the custom call outs. Grizz has a strong deep voice that will make this table explode :D

Compared to Scarface, this one will be much simpler in terms of rules. Much less stuff to do, but faster and with some heavier music.

The art will be all original and fire burning everywhere  :killwithfire:

We will keep posting the progress as we go along.

For now, the logo:

Looking forward to seeing the project unfold ... great team!

After Scarface I started thinking on this design and a few weeks ago i talked to JP and he is doing the build and code :)

Great, looking forward to this one! Scarface is still the game I play most on my cab so IMO you and JP make a terrific team. Hope this one will be as challenging as Scarface.

Well, "soon" is a relative term :)

Please take your time JP. I would love to see some of the latest VP features in a well build original. If it takes a bit longer than "soon", so be it :)

Glad to see your hand in another cool pin Hassanchop!

can't wait and I know 'soon' means less than a year

with the help you are getting on it it will be a killer I am sure

now is it gonna' be a fs pin or a desktop one or maybe both?

All my tables are first desktop versions and then rotated to FS (single screen)

Well, "soon" is a relative term :)

Soon AKA when we have time for it :D

Slowly keeping this a hobby, not a part time job :)

Are you thinking of DMD animations? You can do this now with directB2S.....

This time we are not gonna have dmd animations. Just a same style dmd showing score and text. It will look dmd anyway :D

The problem is making animations is way too much work for the not so great results. With Scarface it was easier cuzz we had the movie to take out video frames. With an original like this I don't think is worth the work. But we can change our mind along the way :D

You will do the backglass B2**something** effects for this one also right? :D The backglass will have the 4 characters with their helmets on, and it would be fun to add some effects with lights: A flasher lights the helmet and you see the character's face more clearly. Will be cool :)

now is it gonna' be a fs pin or a desktop one or maybe both?

Both.. as usual fayriloos! :D

Count me in for the ledwiz adds, if you are ok with it, i can intervene almost at the end and we have constant variables that can deactivate the ledwiz stuff, to keep one version for everybody :)

okay ya' got me asking why Burner if it's a racing theme?

like an afterburner is on planes and nitro kind of burns

so why that name?
