Thanks we had a lot of fun building this pin. Was my 1st ever attempt at Lighting/Inserts/GI (have always only done redraws/plastics,etc) but figured what the heck...after I did all the redraws on this they let me try my hand on GI.

We are now working on an HD Safe Cracker, Hurricane should be out soon, and then we also have Mousin' Around in the works :) and we began talking about doing an HD Whirlwind now as well.

Thank you, this is visually stunning. Great fun.

Rosve's version seemed to be harder to play than this... I almost rolled the score during my second game. I could never do that with the previous version.

I never played the real table so I cannot say if that's also this easy.

Looking at ipdb photos, it seems like the flippers are perhaps too close? Their tip should end outside the circle that's around the red post raising from the playfield.

Awesome that you guys have so many other tables in progress. Whirlwind would certainly deserve an HD version, with better layback / formatting. I tried to format the current FS version but something always looked wrong.

how about a Champ pub ,kingpin, and Junkyard. That would be a dream come true.

Thanks for all involved. Top notch table!

Off topic here... but Junkyard would be indeed great. The current version could use improvement for sure.

Kingpin strikes my interest. Not much documentation about this pin or resources. Also, the flipper strength for sudden death might be tricky. I love old mob movies and what not! We already have a few things lined up at the moment and we all have real jobs.. lol :-) so maybe one day!

Beautiful table boys.

The SubModel is blurry, my advice is to use a ramp in Mode "Image Mode Wrap", with an image of the SubModel of greater size.
Need a bit of time to fix the ramp in the right place, but the result is definitely better.

Thanks

Max

Beautiful table - I played it approx. 10 games - no hanger. I agree, that this table plays much easier than the Rosve version. Maybe the flipperfinger are too large.

One issue:

The kicker hole at the top - when the ball goes slowly in it shows some unatural behaviour. It circles around the kicker hole is almost in and then runs out without triggering the kicker. This issue is reproducible. You have to adjust physics!

Thanks :) we are looking into fixing the kicker hole glitch now as well as moving the flippers.

I noticed this as well and just wanted to post about it.
