Loving the new set-up...only just room for my "gym" now too, but oh sooooo good.

Never thought I'd see the day when I had 6 machines set-up - thanks to my good friends who have more pins than they have space & are willing to let me look after them  :dblthumb:  :love39: (only the 2 machines on the right are actually mine!).

(from L to R): Johnny Mnemonic; Black Rose, Creature from the Black Lagoon, Party Zone, Cyclone, Star Trek: The Next Generation

Partly explains why I'm not round here so much anymore - pin-time is spent playing real pins  :otvclap:

Regards,

Dan.

so that's where you've been hiding all these past months!

Nice to be able to pin sit eh?

what you should do now is charge per game

since I am sure you ain't gettin' paid to watch over these unruly things

Have fun with them and have a happy, healthy holiday!!

thats real nice Wiz.

seen alot of real pins.

dropped a few coins.

did not play well.

mostly the flippers were too weak,  could not make the ramps,  very slow back to the top,  could not hit side targets and shooting the ball up the center.

here we call it oblique.

slings did not work.

kickers were kicking the ball into the glass.

the kicker was kicking so hard i thought it was going to break the glass.

my local bowling alley way back kept them in fair to good condition.

they played ok.

how do they play?

Every machine I have plays perfectly - I keep them clean & waxed, and faults are fixed immediately. Flippers are always nice & powerful.

One reason people are willing to lend me their machines is the condition I keep them in - e.g. Party Zone is in better condition now than when it was lent to me...it's actually harder to play now though, cause the ball zips around so fast :)

Dan.

Good to see a line up like that ..... now you have the bug.

Its good when you get to mind some for a while.

Looking after them is easy enough ..... and without handing over all that cash, even better.

Since that pic...

...Cyclone & STTNG out (my machines loaned out to others)

...Terminator 2, Taxi & World Cup Soccer in (more machines loaned to me!).

...so now it's 7 machines...and none of them are mine!!

(Oh...and 1 very cramped garage/gym/workshop/games-room!)

New pic to follow (if I can actually find an angle suitable to take one from & get all the machines in one shot!)

Regards,

Dan.
