The reason was to try not to disturb the neighbours so much
i searched the net and found little info on this. so i went to a few shops of building materials.
i found a special foam that is supposed to reduce the noise. it is used on the inside of the walls of the buildings..
i measured all the areas inside the machine and chopped the foam accordingly to mach small areas and go around cables etc.
it worked!! the machine now does way less noise. i would say it reduced about 30% of the noise.

i started with the coin box area. as you can see, the foam is all chopped to fit several areas. here it has about 2 layers of foam.

after i had a few layers, i putted some more foam on the walls. there isnt much you can do there, because you start to touch the pf parts:
