I'm looking to acquire, catalog, and upload a wide variety of sounds for authors to download and use.
Please, help out with anything you have, and try to label it well.
Thank you for your support!

here a but a few of the links I use to gather sounds for my pins;
http://www.sounddogs.com
http://www.wavsource.com/
http://www.soundamerica.com
all of these sites have various sound effects from voices to movie quotes, to actual sound effects (guns, bells, cash registers, animals, vehicles, explosions, etc)
way too many to list them all...

Not looking for links, I'd like individual sounds...

Thanks, Johan, and yes that's a great site.
I am hoping to amass a sound library edited/filtered/optimized for our use. It's a lot easier for newer members to preview sounds specifically prepared for what we do than find sound editing software and/or learn sound editing.
I have so many sounds on my HD, I just have to catalog them all.

Are there more volumes, GW?
Not renaming it gives me an unexpected end of archive and renaming it makes it so it's not recognized. When I associate it with WinRar, same thing.
Edit: I see...there's MORE

The single-upload max being at 2M is the force behind the split archives.
I used 7-zip to archive and split them; I think if you concatenate them as a single .zip file, Zip should work to extract them.
If anyone has somewhere else I could upload these as single files and then just point to them, let me know. I'd offer direct downloads but I have this problem of very limited upstream bandwidth...

Is that all the volumes?
You can use RapidShare or MediaFire.
I'll have to sort through them and compile one helluva library.

That's all for Bally EM (that I use); I'll be compiling for Williams and Gottlieb and general sounds in the next while (day or so).

Archive 2 of 4: General EM sounds.
The README has the descriptions for each sound.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
These are sounds that I either never got around to splitting off or just decided they would be better off in a general sound library.

Thanks for the sounds, GW!
I've increased the attachment size, so it'll be simpler to attach things like this in the future.
