For some reason the backglass image is not showing up in hyperpin, however when the table is launched the backglass comes up in UVP.
Any idea what could be the reason.
I have double checked the file names and they match the hyperpin cfg file.
Never had this problem before.

Thanks"

This happened to me as well. I also could not tell what the error was with the naming. (It looked good).
I simply copied the exact text from the table screenshot (Since it was obviously working), and pasted it to the backglass.
Worked like a charm.

i did mention in the notes, and i'll quote:
"** you must change the uvp and backglass names."

becuase they do not match...had to do with providing both grill and non-grill versions...

Notes?
Who has time for notes?
We just want to play as fast as possible.
Just kidding. Thanks for the heads up to everyone.
At least this was an easy one to figure out, even without the note.
