PinMame in Mame?

I was reading what's new with MAMEUI 0.144U4 and noticed that among the new roms added are a lot of newer stern pinball machines. Are they fully emulated or just the Display?

It's Mame 0.141u4 and the ROMs are just added to mame romset and nothing more. When you try and launch one it just says Pinball in white letters with black screen background.
