Looking at a machine that has a I5 9400 F with 8g of ddr4, With a GTX1060 card , mother board b365/h310. I want at least 60 FPS. Do you think I will get it? Do you think I can get higher FPS on the 120HZ screen? thanks,

And No, this setup will most likely NOT do VR, as you have reasked this in the VR area
