APOLLO 13 for VP9.2+
by ICPjuggla and Herweh

Very special thanks to Francisco666 and ROM for allowing us to use playfield and plastics images and models from their FP build.

And very special thanks to Fuzzel for porting models from FP to VP and teaching me how to do this.

This is a 'from scratch' rebuild.

More thanks for and to:
- Plastics image by Cosmic80
- Fading Lamps code, flasher images and a lot inspiration by JPSalas
- Some sound files and saucer code by JimmyFingers
- Ball rolling code by JimmyFingers and/or Rascal
- B2B Collision code by Steely & Pinball Ken and Koadic
- DOF script changes by Arngrim
- Play testing by Toxie, Fuzzel, TedB, Luvthatapex, Dozer316 and Bolt
and to all we've forgotten to mention.

The table features 'Customizable Options' at the top of the table script. You may select VPinMAME, UVP or B2S, DMD rotation, GI and/or Flashers on/off, Cabinet Sounds or Ball Size.

Have a lot fun.

There's sort of an embarrassment of riches in the VP world this week - not that I'm complaining. :)  Thanks!

This is another brilliant release. Even with my aging E5800 I still get 300fps playing this table and a small drop during multiball, but without stutter.

The flashers are terrific and the new region updates for flashers works great.

The gameplay is nicely tuned and the flippers are strong enough to make all shots.

Its hard to believe my cab can look this nice with a brand new table. Great stuff Herweh and co. :otvclap:

Beautiful game.  I've been looking forward to this one.

Got a minor issue on my first game...  The moon grabbed the ball and then dropped it.  The ball then got stuck between the pop and the ramp.

I thought we fixed this as we have seen this issue during testing. Weird too is, I never had an issue like that during 13-ball-multiball but a few minutes ago one of the balls was stucking under the ramp. I have no idea how this can happen during multiball as the moon isn't involved into the multiball. I'm glad for every hint you guys can give us to fix this.

Thank you Herweh for the new version of A13. After I tested it, I went back to the original one I had installed and after looking at it, I thought my glasses needed cleaning! This is so much nicer!

Great table!  Plays so great, even with 13 ball multiball it plays smooth as silk.  Really fun to have 13 balls at once, even if it only lasts for a few seconds before most balls get drained (I guess I suck at this game).  Your tables are always top notch, thanks!!!!  Happy holidays

I had the moon problem too, not in multiball. Made a brutal noise, had to exit table. Other than that this plays great, smooth as silk!

I have Nanotech analog nudging that's pretty unpredictable despite my best calibration efforts. I wouldn't be surprised if nudging at the wrong time helps trigger this.

It's not during multiball...  I think if you bump/nudge the table while the moon is dropping the ball it happens.  Also, I enabled B2S w/DOF and when the moon is moving the shaker is going off. Once the moon releases the ball it's drops it behind the ramp.

Is it me or is the ball movement someway slow / floaty ? Or should it be like that ?

No floaty ball for me. Gameplay and ball is fast.

Are you using the newest scripts and VP 9.2?
