Absolutely.

We have a number of things to discuss, with others, as well. They know who they are. It's one of the reasons for the delay.

The other reason, we've built 36 cabinets in the last week and a half, with about 16 more to go!

:)

Noah, could you address my issue I asked here and in private message about printing playfield for Mr&Mrs Pacman? Is it doable? Does your company deals with something like that? Just simple yes or no, so I can move on with my restoration project.

Thank you

I can't print stuff like that without licensing. It would be like printing Indiana Jones decals.

It's a gray area I think, though, because you should have some rights to restoring one you own.

Ah that is a total bummer considering I own the damn thing!

Anyone any idea where I could just download hi-res playfield by itself without rails, plastic sets, etc? Just a playfield? I'm sure someone locally would print it for me hush-hush.

That's what I meant by gray area of restoration. I believe you have a one off license to restore, but I think you'd have to scan your original, restore the image, and print it yourself. You could also have someone restore it for you, but, for someone to just print decals, I'm not sure where that falls.

Noah since you have expertise in this field. I have means to scan and put it together and print, the question is print it on what? Since I want to clear coat it afterwards can I print it on adhesive paper with jet ink? Will that run and react with chemicals in clear coat? I think most likely, no? If it's printed on vinyl, will the clear coat stick to it?

I would think clear coat would adversely affect any media, other than direct paint to substrate.

Clear coating over anything else is not something I would recommend.

The guy who made the customized Flash 3179 pinball printed on something called "3M Controltac" which is some kind of automotive wrap material.  Maybe reach out to him for some suggestions?  Here are the links thanks to The Loafer:
