Hi, I had a great but unlucky game at creature from the black lagoon, I lost count how many multiballs I started, but i could collect only one superjackpot of about 400 millions or so. Anyway here is the details of the game. The game lasted almost 1 hour and half.

when today I downloaded this table i haven't realized the outlanes were blocked with walls. OK, I can't understand why the author put these things, anyway, delete this score because it's invalid.
But how can i remove the outlanes wall block??

Edited since you noticed the mistake yourself. You can take them out using the VP editor. There are three walls, one blocking each outlane and one blocking the center drain. Just click on each one to select it and then press delete to get rid of it (and then save the updated table, of course). UncleWilly put those walls in just for playtesting, and forgot to take them out before he uploaded the table.

Finished Royal Madness (I think; 'Make all flashing shots for Extra Ball'?) for the first time. Luckily, I trapped a ball on the left flipper before the seemingly endless barrage of lights, sounds and jumps started so I had something with which to continue.....damn---I gotta get me a real computer! tapping.gif

Nice, that indeed sounds like Royal Madness. Have you completed "Battle for the Kingdom" yet? Good score too!

Did you know that "playing pinball" is called "flipperen" in Dutch? Now you know and may your life be enriched by this arcane knowledge....

Thanks, Slam23! If "Battle....." is subsequent to "Royal.....", then no. If you haven't read my previous rants, my Celeron-powered AGP machine throws such a fit with all the goodies on this table that multiball is to be survived, rather than anticipated and enjoyed. Trouble is, that's where the points come from after the sixth castle, so I must find the 'magic' attack plan; keeping a ball "in reserve" when possible is the latest thing I've tried. drinks.gif

Hi guys, im new in this forum.
I think have made a good score in High Speed 2: the getaway, but dont know how much ... maybe someone tell me if is really or not a good score? smile.gif
Standard 3 balls game.
Ty guys smile.gif

Yep, excellent score! That'll easily make you the champ of this table - I think the previous high was about 1.1 billion. And welcome to the thread! You can submit this or any other high score here at any time. Along with the screenshot you also need to write when you post:

  • which version of VP you used (VP8 or VP9)
  • the names of the author or authors of the table you played, and the version number of the table (e.g. "version 1.04"). This information is all on the page that you went to when you downloaded the table.
  • Your initials (especially if it's a table that doesn't show your initials next to your score)

Also, the table has to be on factory default settings, and no adjustments to the table slope or physics from how the author set it up. That's so things are equal for all of us.

Good luck!

Ty for the answers!
Onestly i dont know why version i use, im new player of VP and i find it on the web, but i dont know if is 8 or 9 version, on my Pc is called VP tech beta.
Work good anyway?
Maybe is a good idea delete it, and download the vp9 version?
Anyway im playing wiht a default settings, im no able to change this uahahah!
Ty and GL smile.gif

Although i'm not the first to do so....let me be the first to congratulate you on that score...as the now former grand champion (4.something billion). Looks like i have another 2+hour game to look forward too biggrin.gif. That must have been a long game.

Hi, i have a question for Android, does the five ball settings apply to tables like eight ball deluxe or fast draw? or may not be considered EM, seeing the display?
I always played those tables at 3 balls.

You should be playing those tables with 3 balls only, as the rom based tables were set to 3 balls as the default setting. Eight Ball Deluxe is a rom based table to begin with, so it should be a 3 ball game to qualify for the high score competition. JP's Fast Draw uses the Amazon Hunt rom, so that should be set to 3 balls as well.

I would say that any table using a rom, whether it used a rom in real life or a EM table that was modified to use a rom, should be played as a 3 ball game to qualify as a rule. That is the way I interpert the rules of the competition.

Thx for the update, & I'll try to F5 the DMD on the screenshots

It would be great to have some kind of ladder "inside VP" so we can compete each others while playing.
