When u say corrupt, do you mean you can't extract or you can't load in VP? If its the loading in VP, don't forget you need vp915, it will give an error if loading in an previous version (due to the use of primitives)

The zip file won't extract. With Firefox & IE8 the download times out with only .1mb left. Can download files at any other site with no problem.

I had the same problem with the 2.42 version. I would get a " bad zip header " error whenever i tried to open it. However, this version works for me. Thanks for the update JP!

Same here also.
The download stops at a second from the end.
He stopped about a minute, when it completes the download, the file is corrupt.

Thanks

Max

Hi JP, love your tables, especially MM here. However, my computer kinda sucks and I'm currently not able to fix that, so it's hard to play some of these newer versions with their crazy effects (especially when multiball starts). I was wondering if you had any older (pre VP91x?) versions of your tables to upload, or if anyone knew of a quick way to disable/remove some of these effects. I do see VP8 versions here and there, but not for everything, and I fear that might be going a bit too far back besides!

Thanks, I didn't know that was still available! That link keeps giving me an error-file-not-found type of thing, though.

Are these older versions still around for other tables? Right now I'm all about some Arabian Nights, fantastic game.

ZeldaDoritos...try version 2.3.2.

2.3.2 seems to have been pulled, but 2.2 shows as available at Pinball Nirvana. If I read the changelog correctly (first post of this thread), 2.2 predates the use of Alpha ramps, so it should be easier on marginal computers---especially mine! :whtflag:

My tables at Pinball Nirvana are the last ones I made for VP8 (they are also here in th VP8 download section), so you should play them with the latest VP8.1. If you play them with VP9 the ball will get stuck in several places, mostly at the end of the ramps.

I have also tested version 2.3.2 and the download works.

I have also tested version 2.3.2 and the download works.

ZeldaDoritos got "File not found"; I tried Zany's link to MM 2.3.2 and got, "Sorry, we couldn't find that" with "an internal error has occurred" or something to that effect.

2.2 is the pre-Alpha version of 2.3 and its successors; since Zelda apparently doesn't want to regress to VP8 (I'm still a VP8 afficianado, for multiple reasons.....but enough of that) I'm hoping that "pre-alpha's" reduction in overhead is sufficient to offset the loss of whatever else was improved or fixed in later issues.

(As Craig Ferguson often says, "I look forward to your cards and letters".)
