The game Victory no longer plays right with the current versions of the VP-10 the kicker at the top the ball goes up on the ramp and just sits there

I think Sindbad fixed this in his latest version of Victory

Gemini VPX beta2

a few tweaks to physics and scoring logic but mostly a bunch of AWESOME graphics updates from hauntfreaks!  Thanks for all the work.  He also put a very nice wheel image up in the downloads section.. http://www.vpforums....&showfile=11233

Table download available here includes directb2s for FS and I believe FS settings are back to my cabinet in portrait mode:  https://dl.dropboxus.../Gemini VPX.zip

as I was telling BorgDog earlier, I'm a huge rat rod fan, and distrest tables like this are awesome, its a great way to use playfields that have clean/sharp photos but aren't cosmetically arent perfect... so I'm all about these "Rat Rod" tables!!! awesome table, awesome job.... now the hunt is on for a nice aged old stripped playfields   ;)

oh and thank you Zany for the flipper primitives and texture (i modded the texture to make them look a bit dirtier)

Just updated to Windows 10, but this problem is still alive. For example when playing HotDoggin' I get the saucer it takes almost a half of a minute to get te ball out of that saucer. any ideas?

Pretty substantial update to Kingpin!

MORE reflections added by dark. He's had these done for a while but I've had a few projects get in the way of the update. Some lighting updates, fixed it all to work with the latest beta (2157)

Minor physics upgrades. Reduced bumper strength and slingshot strengths. Less erratic behavior. Lane guides are improved. Overall feel is improved, I think..

Added new table sounds courtesy of Knorr, from his Dirty Harry table. Same sounds I used on AMH. These are top notch high quality sounds! Flipper, slingshot, bumper, scoop, trough, ball release etc.

As always, credit to:

icpjuggla for the base build and overall look of the table

dark for all of the crazy work he's done on these primitives and textures

vampirolatino for the table redraw

Talantyrr for finishing up the redraw and a few extra pieces

ClarkKent for the updated light inserts

(I know I thanked everyone previously but I don't want this to get lost)

Here's the latest update

Great update! :) The problem with the flippers with abrupt ball stops or accelerations still exist but the rest just looks like real! :)

The insert lights are way too bright. At least the red mission lights are not readable at all when lit...

Agreed, Kingpin is much smoother. I have no stutter issues in the spinners anymore.

I worked on kingpin some more last night, I adjusted the lighting and tweaked the ambient lighting, hopefully (when I upload it) that fixes the lighting issues.

I'll mess with friction settings on the flippers and see if I find a good value...

also I haven't had a chance to script the shader lighting in a more efficient manner, I believe that if I can do that, it would improve performance and stutter quite a bit more. I messed with it for about an hour the other night and wasn't getting the results I expected so I've left it as is now. You can still turn off the shader lighting and see some improvements.

and the power meter flippers..... :(

Here's a vp10 conversion of my New Wave table.  Original credits still apply..  Still a few things to fine tune but I'm pretty happy with it.  Couple options at the top of the table script for alt plastics and post colors.

Also here is a link to a backglass I made if anyone is interested.  Mod of the one dboy had released with a bit of fantasy built in.

Ah well then I'm just being a smart ass for no reason. Sorry

The last version I have is from mid-march. I just fired it up real quick, seems to mostly work but keep in mind there could be some things that are broken in newer VP10 builds that aren't immediately apparent

Here's that version, I hope he's ok with my sharing it...
