It's ok if its in this thread ANDROID.

I need to go through all the old pages of the HS Thread to find the old vp8 scores again. They'll be back up eventually.

Maybe you should post a question if somebody saved a screenshot, or better yet cut and pasted the old list to a Word document or something, just to be sure? Well, after reading my own post, I figure I just did that for ya pal..duh... smile.gif

I'm not sure this even counts for a high score, but I haven't seen any Buck Rogers (my personal FS conversion/MOD) high scores yet...

Hello Sabbat Moon: tapping.gif
I have a hard time telling what tables are vp8 or vp9 and if any vp8 tables that can or should be played in vp9. Could you add the vpversion or separate the list into two parts to tell? whtflag.gif

I know its a little more work but you have already listed some of them that way.

I see a lot of games that I can't find in vp9, but I don't want to go through the effort of beating a high score in vp8 only to find out it should be vp9.

It would be real helpful if you would list the version number of the authors table. Some authors have four versions none are labeled beta, and some are just to add lights, or make it the gold version etc. SEE BELOW ATTACHMENTS PLZ: Take AFM in vp8 (JPvers. 1.2, 1.22, 1.3, 1.31, and 1.32) (JPG vers. 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2) (PDvers 3.2, 3.3, 4.0, 4.2, and 4.3) and AFM in vp9 (Megapin 2.2, 3.3) JP(vers1.1 and YES one Beta 1.0) I understand NOT to use the beta, but all the rest are playable and Noone has said this is the definite best. Some are just Night Mods or FS etc. The HIGHEST numbered version isn't always made to improve play, sometimes like I said its for lighting etc. Some are much easier than others also. It is my opionion that to save time, we need the official version listed in the leaderboard as well as people taking the time to list the whole title of the game and vp version, so we can look it up to download it or to play the same game in our lists.

I will make a seperate vp8 and vp9 score list just for you Android.

You should use vpman to look through your list of tables though Android...I'd never know what I had loading through the editor. With Vpman you can see screenshots and how many times you've played the table, author, company, year, vpm/vp/fp etc.

You can even make tabs to seperate your vp8 from your vp9. As i've made tabs for my widescreen/fs/favorites etc. All of my tables are set up to launch properly with vp8 or vp9 smile.gif

Not all scores made the cut...people that posted only screenshots of the DMD...people that posted NVRAMS with no screenshot or name of table author did not make it. People that posted only nvrams and a vague score of 80.4mil etc did not make the cut either. Sabbat,

I'm not trying to rush for an update, i just want to know if i uploaded enough in the High Score Topic for my Getaway HS2 score.

Well Sabbat Moon,
I downloaded VP-Man, the newest version. Hyspy, and VPautolauncher etc. I am still reading the info, but not sure how to divide the tables up into three or four tabs with different launch executables, like vp8.1, v9.09, future etc. Will the tabs have different settings associated with them, or do I need to run three or four separate versions of vp-man?
Thanks.

I guess the rom version should be high priority, also, other than language, or maybe that is too difficult to control. I believe that some roms have different/harder or easier goals, extra balls etc. Home or Arcade. Is there preferred roms? First time I load a table in vpm after unzipping I will use the roms that are default checked, I suppose that everyone else does too, except for language.

btw, to separate VP8 & VP9 tables, here's how im doing :

i got 2 separate folders in VP : 1 for VP8 tables 1 for VP9 tables

i set/launch VPLAUNCHER for VP8 > using the VP8 folder
i set/launch VPMAN for VP9 > using the VP9 folder

and since we compete, i have erased all the nvram file, and didnt play anymore with the VP8 tables...

Hello!

I just made a new high score on the Flash Gordon table by Scapino. I don't see Flash Gordon in the Score Board so I guess, if no one else has the score, I have the highest score, if someone does has a higher score, please let me know. I am not sure if this is the right place to post this at, so please let me know if it isn't.

The Score is 1,540,150 with only 2 balls. The third ball was lost by a tilt.

Thanks to Scapino and all who helped make this very nice table.

In VPman go to file then settings. Then go to categories. Create new categories VP8 / VP9 / FP. Then on your table list within vpman you'll have to right click on a table, classify it (vp8/vp9/favorite ect) after its classified it will be in the tab/categorie you want it to be then right click the table again, click set launching options and its pretty self explanatory from there set it to vp8/vp907/vp909 or whatever you like... as well as the resolution etc smile.gif

VPman says I currently have 1229 tables...so of course it was somewhat of a pain to have to do this but way worth it smile.gif

I know I'm late on updating guys, sorry. It's not as easy as everyone thought it would be going the route I have with the spreadsheet etc. Its a pain in the ass but I'll get it updated today.
