Hi boiydiego,

just change the TableInit section to this (I will include the code in the next update, make sure the backglass has the same name as the table file):

Sub CP_Exit()                                            'add this line
 Controller.Stop                                          'add this line
End Sub                                                     'add this line

'---------------------------------------------------------------------------
' Table Init
'---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Const B2SActive = 1                                 'add this line
Dim bsTrough,bsCornerKickout,bsPopper,bsRope,mRope,magRopeMagnet,visLock,cGameName

Sub CP_Init
  vpminit me

  PL.PullBack
  PR.PullBack
  LeftScoopWall.IsDropped=1
  RightScoopWall.IsDropped=1
  DiverterOpen.IsDropped=1
  PostDiverter.IsDropped=1
  ForceField.IsDropped=1
  PostUp0.IsDropped=1
  PostUp1.IsDropped=1
  Plunger.PullBack

  On Error Resume Next

  if B2SActive = 0 then                                                                    'add this line
     Set Controller=CreateObject("VPinMAME.Controller")
     If Err Then MsgBox "This game requires VPinMAME.":Exit Sub
 else                                                                                                'add this line
     Set Controller=CreateObject("B2S.Server")                              'add this line
     Controller.B2SName = "cp_16"                                                 'add this line
 end if                                                                                              'add this line

  cGameName = "cp_16"

Regards

Michael

Hi,

there was a request regarding "error at line 245.object does not support this propery 'speedball flasher.invisible'"

Please make sure You are using the VPinball.exe version 9.2.1 as flashers are not supported in previous versions.

Michael

Thanks for a great table.

I've also got a previous version on my cab (Champion Pub_FS_1_4_1) and when I went back to it after playing Champion Pub_FS_2_VP921, this happened:

champion%20pub.png

Any ideas?

Also on the Champion Pub_FS_2_VP921 I just has a blob where the patch on the punch bag was, looks like the level of colours used?

Hi Horrible,

the black playfield is caused by the "Fake AntiAliasing" set to 1 (Table options just below the playfield image name). This new setting was not present in VPinmame at the time I built the former versions and is defaulted with 1, unfortunately.

Please set it to 0.

What do You mean by "blob"? The red patch? And what in particular do You find strange there? I can not see anything wrong in Your screenshot.

Regards

Michael

Brilliant, thanks for the fix, much happier now.

As for the punch bag, its really an observation and not an issue, but I've tried to show the difference below, although the screen grab doesn't do it justice:

FS1_1_1 - natural look to the bacg and patch

champion%20pub%20bag%201.png

V2 - On my cab the edges aren't as well defined in this grab and the colours are much brighter, but you can see a lack of definition in the stiching and the patch is a bit 2D.

Hi Horrible,

the older versions used an animation consisting of real photos, the new 2.0 has a real boxer primitive. This way we have much smoother movement and the moves are as with the real table (compare the raised arms if the boxer wins, this was not possible before 2.0).

One drawback is that a texture never looks the same as a photo made of a real table. In addition I lightened the original texture - maybe I rework that a bit.

Regards

Michael

Glad you explained that mfuegemann, I had that same problem and couldn't figure out why.  I was so happy to see the new release fixed it!  Now I know what caused it at least in case it happens with another table.

I just uploaded version 2.1 with the following improvements:

- B2S script extension

- Boxer texture reworked

- "flipper down issue" after rope jump should be resolved

Great job with updating and improving the tables. Can you make the ramps transparent ? They take away from the tables appearance.

Thanks

Thanks for the great updates.  This really shows off how great primitives can be with VP.  Thanks devs and authors alike!

Hi,

Had a go on the pincab after an extended absence and tried your excellent Champion Pub. wow! Anyone need evidence once more how primitives can make a big difference need only to try this table. Well done everyone involved.

Aside from the look of the table, I can also attest it plays so well and for me anyway, it's not an easy table, though I finally got a non-embarrassing 30+ million on my 5th game. Non-easy = good thing!

Thanks again
